This month we'll join Rooted in Vermont and the Vermont Department of Libraries for their week long celebration of local food. This year's theme is "Exploring Food in Your Backyard! Grow It. Hunt it. Find it." With that in mind we have selected The Vermont Non-GMO cookbook : 125 organic and farm-to-fork recipes from the Green Mountain State by local author Tracey Medeiros. We are excited to announce that Tracey Medeiros will be joining us for this special celebration of local food!
Cookbooks are available in the library and all you need to do is pick your recipe and sign up! Cook the dish and bring it to the meeting to share with other chefs. Our wonderful cookbook club is facilitated by Bill Wargo!
